Skills For New Boomer

So I recently re rolled to make a tank Kanhoa with a boom. My question being is what skills should i be aiming to obtain with him and is skill refining important like it is with Shams.

		There's no skill refinement with Kans, until you Tar, Yelba, ect the skill. Hooknut is a hard skill to level, but imo the best store bought Kan boomy skill. A good Chem is pretty much a necessity until you can get a Chung.
